AxsYs Romania provides a support system for Microsoft Dynamics solutions, able to meet different customers’ needs and expectations, based on multiple levels of support with different characteristics.

Microsoft Dynamics localization packages for Romania for NAV, AX, Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition are fully supported by Axsys team through updates, upgrades and assistance.

If you have errors or you need further training on Dynamics functionalities or you need further developments or you need just a checkup, Axsys team is ready to help.

Axsys customers have the opportunity to access the dedicated support of Axsys team by contractually guaranteed response times.

Support issues are classified on severity levels, from low to high:

Common issues, Priority issues, Critical issues

Support is provided on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 18.00.

Axsys will provide the services with the utmost professionalism, considering the specific activity of the customer and the impact of the issues on its business.

Axsys will communicate to the customer in writing, by email, support incident resolution.
